Lrs: if nothing else part of the propaganda & how they recruit is convincing themselves that being in ICE makes you a badass. You can't make that pitch to people when the first thing they think of when they hear the word is "guys getting mad at an inflatable frog dancing at them".

You want to go after people for not using alt text? Go after companies and influencers who can afford to hire someone specifically to do that.

But another group of people need to be able to not provide alt text when they don't have the energy to write it to be able to use social media at all

Those are conflicting access needs

and the subhead helps props up a false claim this professor was up to something seedy as something up for debate
