If Touhou 19's iconic line among the Japanese fanbase is Chiyari's なんすか/"wassup", Touhou 20's iconic line is definitely Ariya's 残り少ないよ、貴方の寿命/"It's dwindling away, you know. That lifetime of yours...". It helps that you can change the "lifetime part" to whatever.

Smaller, but that applies to nearly every other big doujin event across the board, except for yaoi ones. Both Reitaisai and Comiket are still at roughly half the size of what they were pre-covid. (though, the R-18 part has shrunk more for Reitaisai, not quite so for Comiket).

Hard to say. Doujin activity in general has yet to recover from COVID. Even Comiket is still doing only 2 days instead of the 4 days it was doing just before COVID.

According to someone else who got to ask Akimaki a question, FDS will restart after October. So the next chapter of FDS will release November at the earliest.

Reitaisai R-18 area in 2019 vs in 2025. It appears that the number of circles doing R-18 works has actually shrunken to 1/3rd of what it used to be.

Ariya and Yuiman being enshrined together presents an incongruity with their respective backstories. A goddess who's used to loneliness enshrined together with another goddess. A princess who really loves her home enshrined away from it. Something must have happened between them.

From Yuiman's backstory, we get the impression that Yuiman is someone who's very attached to her home. Plus, in her dialogue, she talks about her home and hunting deer a lot. So how did someone who loves her home so much end up enshrined in a completely different mountain?

Not only is she somehow enshrined with Yuiman, the pyramid she's enshrined in is also modeled after Yuiman's mountain, rather than her own. Freeing Yuiman from her brainwashing is also her main motivation for causing the incident. Just what sort of relationship do they have?

From Ariya's backstory, we get the impression that Ariya is a goddess who's used to being alone, this goes doubly so with her being Iwanagahime, who was rejected from marriage due to her appearance. So why is she enshrined with another goddess? One who's unrelated to Iwanagahime?

Whatever happened between them, we will probably never get a proper answer from ZUN, that is simply not how he writes. But for myself and other YuiAri shippers, we chose to answer that question with "They fell in love, got married (or the god equivalent), and moved in together".
