A seasonal verse and a triptych:

Apples be ripe,
Nuts be brown,
Petticoats up,
Trousers down.

Turn your sound on, the atmosphere changes everything.

This year marks 100 years since the BBC first broadcast the Shipping Forecast.

I’m creating an art collection inspired by it. Geeky!

Here’s a glimpse of the journey so far.

If you know someone who would like it, please share it with them.
I think your pictures are the best coded landscapes I've seen.
Inspirational.
Thank you Marnix. It's so good to get out and enjoy the countryside.
Ah, autumn. Winter is approaching, but there are lots of compensations. Photos are from a very pleasant walk yesterday in the Hampshire countryside. The church at Weston Patrick was decorated inside for the harvest festival and looked amazing.
Thanks for looking! Definitely agree about the tone. I might try some othe websites with rss feeds.

‪Here's a bit of shameless self promotion - I wrote a thing to see if you can tell the difference between a Daily Mail or a Guardian headline:

Any feedback is very welcome.
I'm so pleased the photo made you happy! Please don't mind me saying it's not Wales - a little further north in Cumbria - the Lake District in England. I too enjoy visiting Wales.
It's not easy looking at the news in the UK either - here's a photo of Wales to distract you:

I knowhow you feel!

But perhaps, rather than unseen, it's that you see so much more than the "others"?
The sign on this old gate is a bit optimistic I think.
