Wouldn't it be ironic if their fascistic overreach actually pulled the American people together? Let's do it. Let's team up and kick their autocratic asses.
In addition to the 10 major WRA camps, thousands of Japanese Americans were temporarily held in Assembly Centers (like racetracks or fairgrounds) before being moved to the WRA centers. Other facilities, run by the Department of Justice, were also used for detention. #USHistory #CivilRights
The ten War Relocation Centers were located in desolate areas across the interior West and Arkansas.
They were:
📍 Manzanar & Tule Lake (CA)
📍 Poston & Gila River (AZ)
📍 Amache/Granada (CO)
📍 Heart Mountain (WY)
📍 Minidoka (ID)
📍 Topaz (UT)
📍 Rohwer & Jerome (AR)

Not the first time:

During WWII, the U.S. gvm’t forcibly incarcerated approximately 120,000 people of Japanese descent, two-thirds of whom were U.S. citizens. These individuals were held in 10 main camps, called "War Relocation Centers," established by the WRA. #JapaneseAmericanIncarceration #WWII
In addition to these ten WRA centers, there were also temporary Assembly Centers (often at fairgrounds or racetracks), as well as other detention facilities run by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Army.

Not the first time…

The major Japanese American incarceration camps, officially called "War Relocation Centers" and operated by the War Relocation Authority (WRA) during World War II, were:
1. Manzanar (California)
2. Tule Lake (California)
Repercussions? Sadly, he has no experience with repercussions so they don't matter to him at all.
Just looking at this image and realizing it was such a short ride from stately to garish.
It's amazing that even this isn't too much for the Senate GOP.
I'm sickened by the destruction... actually my the destruction of everything.
That is not his house. It your job to protect it. Do your job.
WTF? This old voter is incensed by the images of haphazard destruction of the White House.

Talk about symbolism, geez.
Look, Senator, I get it. He’s a powerful guy with some dirt on all of you. Still, at some point, don’t you, like me see how he is destroying, now literally, our beloved country and its symbols?
@senScott, @SenMoody,

How can you and your colleagues stand by and allow the degradation of our White House with no oversight, no review of plans, no permitting, no historical impact review?

So he's both stupid and purposely lying? Say it ain't so, Jack
If only there was a group of people who could do something about this profligate and dangerous spending (that they funded just recently).
@SenateGOP, any of you still breathing without Trumps permission?
Nearly 70 years a Dem and somehow I've never seen one missive from George Soros. If he's in charge, he's doing a terrible job.
She is so close to getting it right, but then....
POTUS does not have a line item veto.
With cause, Mr. President, With cause.
Not just 'cause.
Please don’t put in the paper that he IS mad.

This guy is mad as a hatter.
Ooh, the puppet king is going to be big mad about this.
But fellow Americans, right? Just want to be clear.
