To reduce risk of muscular atrophy from the diet, im going to increase my strength training and reduce the amount of cardio i do. Currently i do 3 times a week cardio and two times strength, but im going to flip thos amounts.

i have improved my shading technique, it results in much more vibrant colors. Before i had issues with colors becoming a bit muted.

Most calorie trackers say i need like 3200 or more to simply maintain my body weight, but what i am eating isn't that much less than normal. It's a bit surprising honestly, i thought my regular diet would be just around maintenance.

I will never touch that shit, im all natural. Even if im a bit pudgy and cant achieve as much, my gains are 100% more real than whatever mr universe taking a witches brew of artificial hormones can achieve. Its as real as strapping balloons to his arms and pretending they are muscles.
