I feel like I'm missing something in Destiny.

All these players saying they're running low on Unstable Cores and can't afford to continue leveling their main character, let alone their second & third, and I'm sitting over here with three 500 characters and 850k Cores.

Been annoying difficult to write my next tabletop session when I'm now on my third power outage of the day.

Thankfully there's autosave and I save regularly out of habit, but its still annoying none the less.

I enjoy Destiny and would like to see it do well.

But …

But it is in a bad state currently and any meaningful fix (not a bandaid fix) to it is going to take longer than six months or a year.

Then for all the “Make D3” talk, if they started now, it would be 2.5 years minimum.

Look, does Bungie/Destiny deserve 90% of the criticism they receive for their various updated (both posted & in-game)? Absolutely! Especially when it comes to this IB/Eververse armor situation.

But to say its a "Stockholm Syndrome" relationship between Dev & player? That's a new one for me.

Discord post that reads "I know this is old-ish news by now, but still. I'm glad I am out of that Stockholm syndrome-enducing toxic developer/player relationshit" and a link to a PC Gamer article.

"Play While You Wait" is/was a good idea in theory, but in practice, its been miserable because now everyone is basically crammed into one single queue instead of two separate ones (Killer & Survivor).
