My piece for the Bill Cipher Humanized Zine 💛💛💛 #billcipher #gravityfalls

A spotlight shines on a ventriloquist dummy version of the character Bill Cipher as he stands inside of a fortune-telling machine at the Mystery Shack and stares down at the viewer creepily. The ambient lighting is a moody pink and purple, with eerie mist creeping out from the bottom of the machine.
