At least it's ergonomic now... and came with a stand.

Oh gosh, where do I start? It's a switch 2 with its joycon in silicone grips that cover the entire joycon. The switch 2 is in a harder plastic case. This is all on a yellow electronic's stand with two amiibo, one of isabelle and one of digby. Basically yellow girl dog and boy brown dog. I bought her to put in a jar for a one off gag. Now I own amiibo festival which leaves me feeling depression beyond compare.

The silicone on the right joycon is brown at the top with yellow at the bottom, the yellow is lumpy like a cloud then has a bowtie and piece of confetti on it. The brown part has a pawprint at the bottom then the a b x y buttons are covered by the silicon that has clouds for A and Y and on x and b are stars. The plus button is a four pointed star. the top right has a little bear ear. The analog stick also has a thumbstick cap with a little bear in a beret on it with his little arms folded in front of him.

The left joycon is similar, what with the yellow part and the littler ear. The stick cap is the bear but it's winking with it's paws on its face. The yellow part has an outline of a bear's head with a confetti. The buttons have four pointed and 8 pointed stars.

The back of the aforementioned device. The back shows the hard case better and it's of a brown case with darker brown stars. Then the foreground depictsa bear dressed as a bee sleeping on a black and yellow striped honey pot. with flowers around it. The pot is dripping with honey, that bear is not going to be happy when it realizes it will have to shave to get that honey out. There are also bees flying about. Across the top is gooey drippy honey with star ornaments hanging down.

The back of the joycon can also be seen now. The pattern is thankfully less detailed as this is a lot of typing. The back is the same brown with yellow cloud at the bottom but with little stars engraved throughout the grip. The ergonomics of the cover is there too.

Same as before but the joycon are on backwards so you can see the joycon and back case at the same time.

Going to start accepting my hipster-ness. I've ordered a wardrobe full of different color flannel. I'm also replacing my all soda diet with french pressed coffee.

American 3ds prices are so high now that it's cheaper to get one from japan. Hacking can get rid of region lock too.

This is a hideous cover, but it's immensely more ergonomic than a switch 2 alone. If I have to carry this fisher price doohickey around just to not feel hand pain, so bee it. But I'm not going to buy a plain black case either. I DEMAND COLOR.

Girls cases are all these cool ones that entirely change the shape and presentation of the system. But guys ones are just plain black. Make some that are like the girls but with cool stuff on it like ninjas, pokemon, and stuff like that.

Got a case for my Switch 2, I want to play stuff & I'm tired of playing docked. I'm also tired of it destroying my palm in handheld mode. So I got a skin, so I want to take a moment to highlight how Switch 2 cases are gendered. You have black cases for boys, or this for girls. I got the "girls" one.

Less than 100 games physical that I want to beat or try. So maybe more along the lines of 5 years to beat my backlog.

Still, narrowing 2100 pc games to just 281 is pretty good. I made sure to exclude anything that can't technically be beaten. If this is the same amount of games I want to finish physical then 100 games beaten a year means I'll be done in 6 years. Yippee.

I decided to finally put my backlog in list form instead of just doing whatever. I just finished my steam list and it's 281 games but not all of them are 100% ones I'm going to beat. Many of them are more just trying them out and seeing if I want to bother beating them. Working on phys games next.

With my pc debt almost handled I can start planning the cool things I want to do. I want to build a tabletop arcade that plays retro games. Not even fighting games, like an arcade machine that plays pokemon.

Every so often I'll get a tabletop roleplaying game and I want to talk about it. But it doesn't work for any of the channels I have so womp womp. Besides being a ttrpg youtuber probably sucks, imagine not being able to make a video without forcing D&D into the title. Anyway, Fabula Ultima is neat.

I'm in the top 15% of retroachievements on hardcore mode now. I haven't finished Up Your Arsenal 100% yet. Mostly just doing a handful of clean up achievements a day. Stuff like skill points, trophies, and titanium bolts. The boring stuff, just 44 to go! Once I'm done with that it's cleanup on 2.

Was going to stay up and preorder the ayaneo PAM as soon as it became available. But I don't understand timezones as well as I thought I did. I thought CST was 2 hours behind EST. Then I checked and some places said it's 1 hour behind, now my time is apparently the same as est. Tempted to go to bed.

I also moved it because it was a fire hazard with how it was plugged in. Now it's plugged into a single surge protector. It blocked my walk way to my desk too. I don't even know what I'm going to play on it. I have HDMI cords for everything but my genesis but I don't have many genesis games. 2/2

After freeing up some space I have once again reorganized my office. I moved my crt, if it wasn't heavy enough it's built into an entertainment center with speakers. It's in a better spot and my blinds aren't blocked by my shelves anymore so I can let in the natural light. 1/2

I don't always play EU roms but when I do it's because the person who made the achievement set on retro achievements didn't use the superior higher frame rate american rom.
