28, autistic girl, music/Nintendo/Disney/Animal Crossing geek. Mostly apolitical. I quote song lyrics and I’ve met too many singers/bands to fit in this bio. πŸ˜ƒπŸ™ƒπŸ˜πŸ˜˜πŸŽΆπŸŒˆβ€οΈπŸ¦„πŸ˜΄πŸŒ»πŸ¦œπŸͺ©πŸ΄σ §σ ’󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 πŸ“ Scotland, United Kingdom. https://linktr.ee/RosieLeBonTennant

I can’t believe I’m posting about this, but I met Rufus Wainwright last night after seeing him live for my 4th time in Inverness. He was very nice & I’m so grateful that he took time to get a photo of us together, which my aunt took. πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜πŸ₯³πŸ’–πŸ’™πŸ‘

PSB are excited to announce β€œObscure Pet Shop Boys”, a special run of five intimate shows in April
2026 at London’s Electric Ballroom. The concerts will feature a setlist of non-single album tracks, b-sides and fan favourites. Full details to be revealed here this Wednesday, 12th November.
In many ways, I admit that I'm a rather lazy person. But it's a word I try to not use too much as I'll admit it kinda makes me feel bad about the fact I enjoy doing nothing so much. Instead, I prefer to say that my lifestyle is often quite slow paced/I feel kinda lethargic, namely in winter. 😌😴🀣
#throwback to me having a snooze in my bed back in 2019 during #WorldSleepDay - because I was tired after a busy day out. Also, I may or may not have been awaiting Neil Tennant giving a kiss to awaken me, hehe. πŸ˜‰πŸ˜ŒπŸ’€πŸ˜΄πŸ˜˜πŸ˜πŸ’™πŸ’–πŸ‘

"It gives me time to formulate my response.Β It allows me to keep in touch with people regardless of where they are in the world – I don’t have many friends in real life, so this is important."

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes...and YES! I’ve never seen an article so relatable in all my life. 😌πŸ₯³πŸ₯ΊπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘
"The only negative about social media is haters, but if you can see past them and β€˜dabb’ them away, it’s not so bad."

"I met, and maintain, all of my closest friendships online. I don’t know where I’d be without what social media gave me – maybe not even alive."
"Without it I would have nothing, before it I had nothing – it saves me everyday."

"Social media, for me, is a way to build friendships with people who have similar interests."
"It can often be difficult to find others that have the same interests as you, so it’s great to use social media to eliminate the geographical barriers."

"Interacting with people I admire, daily, has done my confidence the world of good."
"I can find like-minded people, regardless of geography, by way of their comments or special interests."

"Interacting with strangers can be incredibly difficult, so to take away that face-to-face element can take away a great deal of anxiety."
Some quotes in the above article that really stood out to me:

"Social media is a good way for me to interact with others as I can think about what I want to say before I say it, but this can also be a bad thing. I am prone to overthinking and often panic if I don’t receive a response."
You may see my posts/pics of myself online & think that I'm a quirky, confident & happy girl with an interesting sense of humour, but of course, I’m aware that the extent of how much my autism makes certain things in life difficult for me to deal with can’t usually be fully seen online/if at all. πŸ₯Ί
Isolation, anxiety & depression are the worst 3 type of problems to be battling on top of having autism. As a result, no wonder I struggle with so much with life at times. And it annoys me as people think I'm perfectly normal on the surface, but there's really more to me than meets the eye. πŸ˜’πŸ˜”πŸ’”
Since Disco by Kylie Minogue has not long turned 5 years old, I thought I’d share something that I wrote not long after the album came out, which not only expresses my love towards Neil Tennant, but also has a good amount of the songs thrown in. πŸ˜ƒπŸ€£πŸ˜πŸ’™πŸ’–πŸͺ©πŸ‘

My Bluesky profile mostly consists of me posting about music, Animal Crossing, whatever may have gone on during the course of each day, either good or bad + random thoughts inside my head. If seeing those kind of things on your feed isn’t your cup of tea, then kindly don't follow me please. πŸ˜ŒπŸ‘‹
Can't for the life of me, understand why people think it's perfectly OK to follow me, yet not engage with/respond to a single thing I post! Why even follow me in the first place if you're gonna be like that? *shrugs* πŸ™„πŸ™ƒπŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
This morning, being somewhere sunny, cozy and peaceful is running through my head. I also want to lie down, snuggle up next to Neil Tennant somewhere...and just escape from reality with him. 😌 *sighs happily*
For me, his voice makes everything seem better. πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜πŸ˜΄πŸ˜ŒπŸ’™πŸ’–β€οΈπŸ©ΆπŸ–€πŸ‘

Today marks 7 years since I met Neil Arthur from Blancmange after a fantastic gig. πŸ™‚ He was lovely and signed some Blancmange CD’s too. πŸ™‚ One of the best moments of my life, especially as he recognised me from Twitter too. πŸ˜ƒπŸ₯³πŸ˜πŸ€©πŸ’–πŸ’™πŸ‘

When Rufus Wainwright inspires you to take a picture of yourself in the mirror. Yep, I'm weird...and vain too! πŸ€£πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜πŸ€³πŸ’™πŸ’–πŸ‘
(I took this picture back in 2018 btw. Back when I still had a single bed in my bedroom + I was still using a Samsung Galaxy phone. I hadn’t switched to iPhone at this point,LOL!) 🀣

#throwback to when I saw Rufus Wainwright for my first time back in March 2014. My mum took these photos of me outside the Usher Hall prior to the concert starting. πŸ˜ƒ I can’t believe I’ve been a fan of his for 10 years now, time sure does fly by! 😱🀣😍πŸ₯³πŸ’–πŸ’™πŸ‘
