They don't know what the emperor is but one of them saw a human once and they are certain that it was the emperor. (it wasn't even a human, it was just the shadow of a leaf)

Their leader is named Beedaw Babyman and he is five small aliens wearing an actual space marine suit mostly.

I think my ideal space marine chapter would be lots of tiny little aliens who wear space marines suits they made out of cardboard boxes and they paint them blue and try to draw symbols on them and they call themselves "Emperor's Favourite Babies"

Wingcutters (by @vonskulltaker.itch.io) is impressively polished for such a small format: it's got very clear instructions and a great presentation.
I love how it turns the “Gremlin on a Plane” trope into something chaotic and wholesome at the same time, I immediately took a liking to it.

Warhammer Gnoblars look like they might be quite old miniatures, but are they still good?
