Doing something that satisfies you, solving a problem, completing a tricky or annoying task, being assertive when required, watching & listening to the world wake up or darken into night will all help you sleep. Exercise for exercises sake is only good for the person selling you sneakers.

During the pandemic, some worked whilst others bemoaned 'the forced isolation '. They were deemed essential, they got claps & cheers & the stress of exposure to a dangerous disease. Teachers worked from isolation & did wonders. Now it's all normal & only the politicians & lobbyists are essential.

Electricity, water, gas, healthcare, communications and when the profits drop so do the providers. They sell our infrastructure to buy elections and we keep paying thereafter.
