I'm rockin' so hard that I lost my "g." Life is great. (Thanks for my wife, BTW. A clear win!) I give cash to new candidates. I'm bracing for Trump's economic downturn. And I don't let the shit get me down. We've got a fight next year. So I'm waiting and resting with a smile on my face.

I have friends who are having varying degrees of breakdowns over this insanity. Me? I treat it like fiction. I'll go to a rally or two (or ten). I'll shake my head and bitch a little. I'll even give money to the ACLU and liberal candidates. But if you look at this too closely, you're done. I refuse.

Anybody else enjoying a perverse wonder at the damage Trump is doing? His destruction is epic: White House, national intelligence, military, economy, international relations, DOJ, Congress, GOP, food supply, health, climate.

Evangelicals like Mike Johnson who believe that every word and letter in the Bible is literal must continually twist logic to make its disparate parts fit. By the time they're done, they basically live within a self-induced psychoses.

They can define anything as truth and believe and justify it.

The center is NOT how you win. Because the center is what America voted against in 2024 and why they've been apathetic for decades. They want us to fight for THEM! For affordable housing (regulation), affordable college (educational funding), affordable healthcare and daycare (personal subsidies).
