Masala dosa in the Royal Free Hospital canteen. How cool is it that a major London hospital has a live dosa station where, on Wednesday lunchtimes, a chef cooks hot, fresh dosa right in front of you? All the food is absolutely delicious.

As a patient at the Royal Free Hospital, visits from a therapy dog comforted Fraser. He wanted to return with his dog Hugo to help others.

When Fraser died and was unable to fulfil his wish, his wife Catrina continued her late husband’s legacy with Hugo at Chase Farm Hospital.

A bit of comfort goes a long way.

Thanks to our new shop trolley, patients unable to leave their bed at the Royal Free Hospital can get a healthy snack or their favourite treat, right from their bedside.

This sense of normality makes a difference to a patient’s stay in hospital!
