It’s always been an amazing programme, but it’s still pretty stunning that series 19 & 20 are two of the very best

Another incredible cast, and the tasks themselves continue to be wonderful

Pure joy x

All of them - but maybe River and Standish in particular - are so good at being seemingly in control, the coolest smartest people, and then the dawning realisation that they’ve completely missed something … Such great writing, such amazing performances
Oh I watched that episode last night! Might be my favourite story of the 80s

I loved 7/Ace so much, and I’m still sad we didn’t get another series with them
I feel like '... except stupider' might be the slogan of our age
Jodie Whittaker's last full episode was 3 years ago?!

Extraordinary - what a brilliant finale

So glad she's doing audios, & she will be The Doctor forever

💙💙

@phlaimeaux.bsky.social I don't know how likely this is, but Bill Nighy would be a great fit for WDYDY, and he might be up for it to promote his new podcast ...
Stupid shouting all around, is there some fucking sport happening?
It’s extraordinary, isn’t it? I try not to be angry about these things, but what a waste - same as not letting Donald Glover do his Lando film/show - such a missed opportunity
Disco ball right through his skull, the last thing he sees is 100 tiny versions of his screaming face
Hold on, it wasn’t ‘Open All Hours’ - every episode ended with him closing the shop!

Thank you for letting your mind goats scamper about, & your squirrels of enthusiasm gather so many brilliant posts to share
This is brilliantly put, & unfortunately very accurate - we’ve always struggled to deal with the shameless, they have successfully sold the idea that horrible=authentic & concerned=performative
Very sick of being sick on days off
My watch stopped in the night, so it's possible I died at 240am.
Can't remember how to check.
Lovely programme about Douglas Adams’ Last Chance To See x

I was - and remain - so upset that he died so young, but it’s only felt more shocking now that I’m older than he ever got to be

So good! I am loving this series so much - up there with s19, another perfect cast
I've been wondering what your next novel would be.. Is it this? Haunted by a lot of the detail in this thread! x
Ha! I hadn’t heard of it until recently but it’s all over the iTunes chart, so it’s not just you

glad you’ve found a thing that’s the right sort of silly (& there’s loads of)
Ah it looks great!
WHAT WOULD MABEL DO? have a completely unrelated adventure & never finish it
