No, same. I was thinking more for longterm eye health but well, screens now have the eye comfort shield/night guard idk effect that'll make them turn yellow, so now it's double the yellow lol

I did not enjoy my year with the blue light glasses and never got them again lmao. I can barely remember my experience, but I think I had to take them off for a bit when I was coloring my art to make sure my colors were what I wanted.
