Man my body is sore and my mind is sleepy.
Need to wrapped up in coils or tentacles or arms for a few hours, have all this kneaded away^^

Car sorted.
Issue with the clutch was cased by the holding bracket being deformed.
They have repaired it for me with the cable under advisory as they said it feels a bit firm.
No charge either^^

Door repair paid for, possible car repair needed today and I gotta pay for a bathroom refit soon.

Cold hasn't fully gone so I'm under full rest orders from my trainer until Monday.
I might not be able to run a park run but I need to go volunteer at least.
I hate not doing anything these days.

Ok now we are on the tail end of this cold.
No training tonight to make sure I heal fully and we'll see about tomorrows run.
Should be good for park run at least then we get back to training properly^^
