You know what would fix the pouting?

Getting some friggin sleep.

At home, I wouldn’t have gone to bed yet. So, did I take a nap and now I’m awake?

And when it does, I need to be covered, but the blankets are welded to the bottom of the bed, so I’m essentially sleeping sideways to get my feet free.

And even though there are a multitude of pillows, they’re all very soft.

And I don’t feel good because I ate weirdly.

And now I’m just pouting.

I accidentally hit the repeat button on my music and woke up feeling like I had slept way more than the music reflected, since it should have been finished. Then The Tennessee Waltz came on again and I was like, wait a minute…

For the record, I hate my hotel bed. I’m too hot until the a/c kicks on.

How do you live in this house?

I think I've figured out what's wrong with my hotel room. It's too short. Not like Being John Malkovich short, but odd enough that my mind is hunching.

Also, I'm on the harbor side, not the bay side. Bah humbug.

automatic turtle feeder. I dumped food on its head when it came over to see what I was doing. Oops.

But now I won’t have to worry about it while I’m gone. It’ll probably brumate before too long, but it’s still eating.

First session tomorrow is at 1 so I’m in good shape. I pack as I dress so, yeah.

Took out the garbage after I cleared out the fridge. Not a lot to toss this time. I’m trying to be better about wasted food (mostly by buying frozen and eating/portioning/freezing my leftovers). But all of my eggs floated, so they’re gone.

Went to a fundraiser for my nieces’ theater/music program. Both nieces had solos and sang parts. Made me tear up (I’m apparently that person).

So proud of them.

Couple of those kids had great voices.

Lady I sat next to ?in preseason? when did they wear it last? said she thought the yellow helmets didn't help the whole look, and I can see going with black helmets and ?socks? to offset the bright yellow.

But I kinda want one.

Been quietly freaking out because I couldn't find my reservation information for the hotel at the conference I'm going to tomorrow (I only live ~an hour away. I could have stayed at home and commuted). Did I not make a reservation?!??

And just got an email telling me to check in on the app.
