Every dot is a village of about 250 people. Other shapes are agricultural villas, castles, etc.

Small hex is 4km2

Purple - owned by nobles.
All other colours - owned by local rulers. Pink - samurai clans (under those rulers)

Black with white dots - special Tauric villages that live "forest life".

Finished dotting the Magistrature of Largos with villages (about 150 of them), and with that, the whole western area of the La Vookan domain and the Camulian Forests are done.

Taking my time with that - started with the villages about half a year ago.

Finished the Magistrature of Ironload also.

So, today, in a land of writing an adventure book: made 360 round different colour dots, and an amount of other shaped dots.

Finished dotting the Magistrature of Largos with villages (about 150 of them), and with that, the whole western area of the La Vookan domain and the Camulian Forests are done.

Taking my time with that - started with the villages about half a year ago.

I had to look into this, and as far as I can tell, this is THE original treasure-hiding waterfall: Skógafoss in southern Iceland, behind which, according to legend, the Viking sorcerer Þrasi Þórólfsson hid a magical treasure chest full of gold and trinkets in the 9th or 10th century.

The Dungeon That Didn't Happen

So, yesterday's game, PCs went to the forest to wait for another Mist attack against the villages there and were successful in thwarting the Mist attack almost fully. In the end, the fully prepared dungeon was not used.

1/ Russian murderers, rapists and pedophiles are effectively being offered the chance to commit a crime and escape punishment if they sign a military contract before they go to court. The Russian police are also receiving bonuses for sending detainees to join the army. ⬇️

Also, somebody really has to deal with all the Mist problems but the powerful of the world are so involved in their own scemes. Or are involved with the Mist. So, the PCs have taken up this (investigative) hero role. Of course, they do have their (political) interests.

To be fair, they have grown quite powerful, and most of the time are able to stand their ground. They do have crazy Damage output and very high Damage Reductions. So the braveness is not that stupid, but as it is with those things - the braveness grows.

Nice village, would be sad if somebody summoned the Mist on it.

Anyway, the PCs have decided to go to the forests to pray for the next Mist Druids (?) attack on the forest villages - they have grown brave - maybe too brave.
