Made me wonder "is this just life now? Chugging weird tasting protein shakes and eating nothing but nuts for snacks?" Because I'm not sure I'm okay with that.

A second shot at making baguettes, this time with a more traditional recipe, using a poolish for flavour and a couche for proofing.

Way better than the first try, with a crust so crunchy it'll burst your eardrums when you bite into it
