The powerbuilding routine this summer has been greatly rewarding but I’ve also learned the value of not constantly pushing myself to the limit. I can now more or less bench my body weight, which for most may not be a big deal, but when you’re a heavy dude it can be a long road.

Some drunk guy did a double take on me and cubby on our way to the gym and then says “Damn you boys are huge!” Then he comes up and elbows me in the shoulder and calls me “big bull”.
