I can't believe I'm having to read that name. Very name should be stricken from the world.

She is a clever poppet who has clearly been listening. She's a huge fan of her teacher.

Sorting out all my current craft projects.

That was a serious mistake.

It's Mothy & The Squid yarn. I have quite an extensive sock yarn collection 😳

Thank you! I've made this pattern many times and they always come out unique and cosy.

I cast on these socks just before I was pregnant with the big lad, and cast off just after he was 9 months old.

I did make a few other things in between as well as a whole person, tbf, but I should probably knit more. Or faster.
A pair of white lady's feet wearing a pair of hand knitted socks in an orangey, greeny, pinky variegated colourway reminiscent of spring flowers. They are ribbed at the top and slightly textured on the body of the feet.

Big girl and I have the best idea we've ever had. We're going to train the baby to style hair so we have an on tap hairdresser for the rest of our lives.

I guess at least they were watching the bike rather than him but yes, it would scare me a great deal. I suppose there's no way he could take it into his office?

I am up on my own with the baby and he's pulling himself up on everything, slowly. So I played Jupiter to amuse myself while he emerges from behind things like a planet, and he's now bopping along to it. A tiny classical music fan!

Giant baby, I'm a fairly lax parent, but even I draw the line at allowing you to murder and eat a daddy longlegs off the bathroom floor.

(it remains there until someone not holding a giant baby can rescue it)

The Oxfam Bookshop hath provided! Clearly the good people in the next town are not baking as much as us over here, someone had clearly had a clean out

Possibly? We're on a Kings Cross line - unfortunately I'd dm for secrets but I didn't verify 🤣

I'm a Welsh Mountain fan but would they be on the island?

I thought it would be like thirty quid!! They're super cute and useful (I think he works very close to you?) and yeah not for that much.

Was going to buy himself a desktop train departures board for Christmas as a stocking filler, off an insta ad. Turns out to be £170. They know you can just look them up online for free, right?

Would we say that roast beef is really an alternative recipe for Bara Brith, BBC Good Food? Or would we instead say it's another recipe that also begins with B?
