Learnt from a co worker that we have a lot in common. Her mom side is from Belarus and ran away to Poland during the war, my mom side is from western Ukraine and ran away to Poland during the war too. also her grandpa and my dad were about to be priests and left cause they wanted a family.

It’s thanksgiving weekend and it’s absolutely INSANE in Costco. There should be ALWAYS be 2 people working the exit door checking receipts, and managers fucking think it’s a good idea to fucking take one of us out and work alone. I came home crying cause I was overwhelmed and stressed because of it

What I don’t understand is that my grandma has 3 fucking kids and all the responsibility of taking care of her falls to my mom. If my brother refuses to take a portion of responsibility to care our mom when she gets older, I’m fucking beating his fucking ass.

lol apparently my grandpa was in the Polish army that drove the Russians back to Moscow. And he was a prisoner of war for 3 years in Russia and came back like nothing fucking happened
