The US and Israel are admitting they were blocking aid and holding civilians hostage. That's not a war, it's a genocide, and this is highly unlikely to be the end. It's just the next phase in 100 years of genocide and ethnic cleansing.

That's what happens when the US does regime change in Latin America. You get a neoliberal dictatorship like Augusto Pinochet, or Jeanine Anez, or Batista, or the military dictatorship in Argentina, or Carlos Armas... etc. Pinkwashing is using LGBT and women's rights to cover other rights abuses.

Saying you would give Trump credit if he does something good his predecessor refused to isn't the same as applauding him extrajudicially killing civilians. Mamdani isn't thanking him for sending the military into blue or anything insane like that with this statement.
