She's a really great artist!! Some of her songs are clearly inspired by metal and feature really dark guitar arrangements and screams.

I'd say Ptolomaea (that one could easily be a prog death song), Tempest, Punish and Inbred are among her songs with that vibe(and also very dark).

I've been through something really similar. The first time I accepted I was falling for a boy was at 16, but there was this colleague of mine when I was like 5-8 that I thought I really wanted to be him but it was probably a soft crush.

Not to mention Max Steel, Leon S Kennedy and Shark Boy.

The way those albums sound and the lyrics also dictated what kind of music I'd be into even outside metal. There's something that bonds this to Lady Gaga and Ethel Cain but I can't explain exactly what.
