I don't personally think No Kings is accomplishing anything in terms of preventing bad things, but if people aren't seeing how many people are angry and taking advantage of that to organize other actions, they're idiots. And I think there's value in MAKING those public demonstrations of protest.

I HAVE seen a number of posts saying No Kings is worthless performative bullshit that has no more effect than slacktivism, but they were all coming from people whose timelines indicated they don't believe in any revolution they aren't personally directing. Because, y'know, THAT'S how it works...
