Graduates stay local, so more areas of the state benefit from the skills they learn. With a degree from a community or technical college, students can advance their career, feel more economic security for themselves and their family, and engage in community and public service.
It's week 3 of Community and Technical College Awareness Month! All 34 WA CTCs offer bachelor’s or applied bachelor’s degrees. With about half of students at least 30 years old, they help students reach the next step in their career close to their home, family, and job. #CCMonth #BestDecisionEver
Students come to our colleges to learn basic skills, earn their high school diploma, earn credits to transfer to continue their education at a university, learn a trade, or continue their education for their career or to stay engaged.
