- In the end it's intentionally ambiguous if little Celestina survived the super hot skyscraper ride. Scarlet does offer her mercy but she's too prideful. I left her fate unclear in case I decide to do something with her again later. Maybe she managed to endure it all somehow. Who knows? 🙂

- Here and in the next chapter the goddess label makes her uncomfortable because it detaches her from her old life, like she's above everyone or separate. She doesn't want to be treated or seen as different or better. However it's reasonable for everyone else to think so given her looks and deeds.
