I've always loved toys, but I really love LEGO-style building bricks. Whenever scary and stressful stuff in the world gets the best of me, I pull out the bricks and start building. It calms me right down!

Me too! I haven't talked to my sister in almost two years, yet she continues to text and write letters trying to wear me down. I ignore all of her attempts, but that in itself is becoming increasingly more stressful. As for friends, I started walking away from them during the felons' first term.

Seeing the demolition photos sent me into a state of panic, anger, disgust, fear, and sadness. Every day is a challenge to keep myself from falling into a deep depression that I might not come out of.

Sounds like our ancestors were neighbors. England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland combined are roughly the same size as Oregon. The DNA doesn't feel so different from each other when you put the geography into perspective.

I recently discovered my dad was adopted, which led me to take a DNA test. Grew up thinking I was part German. NOPE! Not a single percent of German in me. Turns out I'm 53% Celtic & Gaelic (Scottish/Irish), 42% English, 2% French, and 3% Danish.

Hooray! I have a valid reason to buy a kilt now!
