Gen X sucks so hard. And I say that as a member. I had such high hopes for us. I blame Reagan. Seriously, many of us (not me!) were duped by him and his manufactured mystique and never recovered.

I agree in the short-term, but Trump has precipitated the ultimate end of the special position of protection that the USA has enjoyed (and mostly earned) since WWII. Maybe not in our lifetimes, but my kids will likely see Americans prosecuted at the Hague, whether from this administration or others.
