These are people who are complying with the law. They're coming to their hearings, doing what's asked of them. ICE is snatching them up because Trump wants numbers, and it's a lot easier and cheaper to detain compliant people than to hunt down dangerous people evading apprehension.

Immigration “judges” and ICE work for the same bosses. And these aren’t real courts (unless you’re big on early modern legal traditions huge numbers of oppressed people fled Europe hundreds of years ago to escape.)

I’m just a simple country lawyer but it seems to me that if I voluntarily dismissed a case with the specific knowledge and intent of aiding and abetting what has already been held by the highest court in the land to be an illegal scheme, I could expect to be disbarred before I even reach the hallway
