A bit of a stuttering end to the week after a good start, but we got there in the end! π
That's 60k reached now and we're right in the thick of the midpoint action, which should hopefully lead to some fun and exciting scenes to write this coming week! πβοΈπ
We hit 50k! π₯³π₯³ Feels like such a good milestone to reach, and we're approaching the midpoint of the book now which always brings about some fun scenes to write as the tension and action ramps up.
Feeling really pleased with how progress has been these last few weeks!

Took me a bit longer to hit the next 10k, but I've had the small matter of a book launch to keep me busy over the last couple of weeks! π
Still, that's me at 40,000 words now, and I've even left myself enough time to play Baldur's Gate 3 for a couple of hours before bed... π

Another progress update - it's the evening before Mists of Memory is published and I've just hit 30,000 words in the third and final book of the series! Feels like a great milestone to have reached ahead of release day π₯³

This is Alvera's origin story from the brilliant Waystations Trilogy. Great so far.

Past the 20,000-word mark now! Still in the early stages of the book but I can already see it shaping up nicely and I'm so excited to get to what's coming...
