LA is hosting 2026 World Cup and 2028 Olympics. We need plans NOW to ensure unhoused neighbors retain rights during mass relocations.

Safety and dignity for all requires simple safeguards and planning for hundreds of thousands of visitors.

The homelessness industrial complex: public institutions positioned to scoop up federal dollars while actual coordination remains broken.

They don't own the data but rely on it to justify funding. Real change requires federal funding structure reform.
