Like I’ll be honest I don’t interact with anyone much anymore cause I know if I do then I’ll feel worthless and I need to do stuff to make sure I’m good enough to be around, but then that causes people to use me and stuff, I don’t know it feels like I can’t choose if I wanna be worthless or lonely

Hey so inner thoughts time been distancing myself from a friend group to I guess make sure I’m not being taken advantage of. But now I’m realizing it ain’t just that friend group, it’s also the people they associate with that are also taking advantage of me.
