Personal software is software that you build exclusively for you, your family, your friends, or community.

The cost (time, motivation, experience) for building it is reduced due to AI in the loop, and therefore does not require a profit motive. It simply solves a problem.

Podcasting + editing my own podcasts has been one of the best things that I've done for myself + public speaking. You quickly notice your own speech patterns.

-- in a recent episode 🤐 between the guest's pauses + "you knows" + "likes" + "umms" I cut out 11 minutes 🤯
