They made fun of Viv for making Fizz's stalker and claimed "viv made this character based on me" when she based it on HER irl stalker, downplaying Viv's status as a victim. Yikes☠

it's a sad people don't see representation as a spectrum where different kinds of rep, even with similarities, exist that people connect to

instead, people are being elitist and rather than "hey I'm happy you have rep you connect with even if I don't" it's "this rep is horrible rep and here's why"

-to which i genuinely find is a weak defense especially when used to prop PSWG up as if it's superior when it does a lot of things these people say Hazbin is guilty of like "promotes incest" "doesn't take SA serious" or saying hazbin is racist cause Alastor's skin tone isn't dark enough.

I once posted on tumblr a few times how hypocritical it is people say the swears are an issue, yet they praise shows like Panty and Stocking when it's way raunchier then Hazbin and the biggest defense they always use is "well PSWG KNOWS what it wants to be and isn't trying to be serious"-

Especially qhen i noticed too how Hazbin and Helluva Boss's swears are actually more character focused (Adam and Cherri dropped the most compared to the entire cast)

I literally did an experiment months ago comparing Hazbin and Helluva Boss to a show like Panty and Stocking and Hazbin lost to it for how many swears are spoken

Hell, Hazbin's swear count in 1 ep only once surpassed PSWG but PSWG over took it

So i feel the swears critique is overblown-

Something im iffy on the pacing critique, while i do feel S1 is stuffed, thats looking at it as a solo season, i think once S3 comes out thats where folks will see everything click.

Atm S1 is all we have and its a show with a continuing narrative that each season builds off each other

Wishing Husker wasnt this "wise bartender" but a drunk mess and even wanting Jax from TADC to get a Bojack style ending and never be redeemed

Something i love about Millie's role within I.M.P is that she is absolutely THE HEART of the team, she keeps Blitz and Mox in check, but is also their emotional support when needed while being powerful AF.

Others may see her as just "The Muscle" but the heart is the strongest muscle of the body!
