Kael prefers an equal mentally and emotionally. Body types aren't really a thing for him, but he does prefer someone who can hold their own. He doesn't want to feel like he's going to break a person.

For Kael it was very much an accidental sort of friends to lovers though it happened quite quickly. Neither one of them expected it to grow into what it has and he's grateful every day for it.

SB is single.

For Azeralleth, I think it was princess/knight dynamic with a very chaotic princess. :P
