Here for a week just reacting to stuff so it's time for an intro post.

Retired and fine with it. Studied and taught psychology at several German universities. Never lost interest in my fellow human beings. I‘m into books, movies, silly stuff, food. I enjoy viewpoints that differ from my own.

I experience it when I have discussions with MAGAs.

When they encounter a source that threatens their positive image of Trump, they automatically discount that source as 'Anti-American', 'Leftist', 'TDS'.

Is there any source that MAGAs and non-MAGAs would both see as trustworthy?

I would agree with the conclusion of this article if it weren't for the fact that this is the United States where lunatics can (and do) get guns.

Not only is he engaging in starting more wars (also see his ridiculous renaming of the Departmewnt of Defense), the well-rehashed MAGA propaganda that he was the first president with no wars ever manages to omit Jimmy Carter.

I gathered as much. But you seem to think that Christianity is somehow morally superior to other religions.

I think you mix Christianity and Western culture here - they are not the same (and Western Culture is not superior, either, but that is another story).
