so many others in the faculty and administration that support us, the many students we have taught over the years, and our very good friend Marc Gaugain, who is the person who first brought Jerry in to teach more than 3 decades ago and then trusted me with my own class about a decade ago.
Each year, we are told that how students think about leadership - particularly their own - expands. Just that is rewarding and it is about so much more.

Grateful to our friends at IGR - Laura Sabbado da Rosa, Aymeric Lachiver, Romain Guillard and ...
1. What is something you are passionate about and why?
2. What is the connection between the last conversation you had and any thoughts you might have about leadership?
3. What inspires you now about the kind of leader you might want to be or the kind of workplace culture you might want to work in?
Every year we bring our two classes together in a World Cafe - because we want them to experience an effective engagement process - #4 in the 5 components of a Healthy Workplace Culture. The students loved the questions - 3 rounds of conversations - questions they had not thought about at all.

Went to the entrance of the building this morning and saw these photos displayed on a video screen. Apparently, Jerry Nagel and I are famous. Strange no one has yet asked us for our autographs 🤷‍♀️.

Across industries, we’re hearing the same story - a mix of optimism and caution.

Business leaders are invited to join our next live webinar.

Over the past month, we’ve spoken with dozens of executives, consultants, and public sector leaders.

A clear picture is emerging: AI isn’t a future trend - it’s already reshaping how we work, lead, and connect.
We have created a great AI Adoption - Workplace Culture - What to Know resource. At least one CEO that we know, used this with his senior team to invite a foundational conversation about why & how they can champion AI adoption in a risk-cautious company. www.worldviewprograms.com/AI-adoption-...
