#MetaphorReFantazio came out a year ago but didn't play it on release, after I got disappointed by its Demo, poor performance and a ton of aliasing.
Today, I'm checking out the full game on my Ryzen 7 5700X and RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB and, well, AA is still terrible in this game ☹️

I tried the Demo for #DigimonStoryTimeStranger on PC, testing it on my Ryzen 7 5700X and Nvidia RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB: youtu.be/Sa4u2F2puyM

While it runs quite well, the port itself feels a bit lacking in meaningful settings, and the Aliasing is quite obvious, Downsampling is a must if possible.

It has become a tradition of mine to revisit at least a game from Tango Gameworks, every year and, currently, it is the season for some #GhostwireTokyo, I feel.

It's amazing that we're so lucky to have PH3 still working for some of the modern Trails games on PC, and we can have cool things like #TrailsthroughDaybreak getting all the QoL features from Daybreak II ported to it, in a new patch: store.steampowered.com/news/app/213...

This is such a beautiful looking game, could likely look even better if they properly implemented Hardware Lumen, I'm just using the default in game Max Settings for everything.

The Shader Precompilation in this game is quite lacking, and there seem to be fewer Traversal Stutters, compared to other games, though.
Good GPU performance scaling too, at least.

Some previews from this gameplay video at 4K, it drops below 60 in the moments I would expect to, so that's why I like showing them in pictures, because they don't last too long in action really, it's mostly stable at 60 at my settings.

Stuttering wise, an improvement over Silent Hill 2 Remake, but still could use some polish on that field.
Quite demanding game, though, but it also looks pretty nice.

The #SilentHill2Remake PC version hasn't received an update in 9 months, at this point.
Here's my testing on a Ryzen 7 5700X, RTX 5060 Ti, with some brief comparisons against my old 3060 Ti as well.

This demo surpasses almost every possible expectation I had for this remake, it's absolutely amazing, not perfect, port wise, as it lacks a couple things I'd like to see, but wow...

Useful reminder for most UE 5 games: they're usually demanding, but Epic Settings will always be like 25-30%+ more demanding than the High Preset, while not improving visuals as much as other games in other engines, or in the past.

Now, if "High" is still demanding for you, that's another story.
