What I mean is that when you draw a line, and at the very end, there's an incredibly thin taper. Here's a pic of what I mean

I know this is very unrelated, but what program do you use, and how do you get your lines so crisp?
All the pens I use get really ugly thin tapers on the end, even when I'm using a lot of pen pressure. Is there a setting to fix that?
