Perhaps you can't change the world, but at least, you can change yourself.
When marketing mistake goes right.
Agree. It’s versatile and docked, it runs most apps great as well. Will probably buy the next version when and if it’s released.

I like that they don’t rush into releasing a new one though and instead focusing on supporting and optimise the games.

Oh, I forgot that I use my Steam Deck as desktop PC as well. Works actually quite good when docked.
For people that are using a Mac or Windows, Linux is a great mix of both considering the gui, commands, etc
This is cool. I guess it’s more or less a raspberry pi with an Amiga 1200 shell. But nevertheless, this piece includes workbench which is great.

Laptop, Pop OS. Works great and I’m pretty done with distro hopping. You can tweak most stuff quite easily anyway.

I’ll probably upgrade my son’s old gaming rig and will install Linux on it.

Really cool that your workplace talks about moving to Linux!
Windows at work (unfortunately), Mac for music stuff at home and Linux for everything else. Will probably not get a console again.

Curious what distro you use?
I haven’t owned a windows machine for more than 10 years and been playing games mainly on consoles. Thanks to Steam Deck that has changed and now I’m back at pc gaming and I rarely run into any issues when installing games on my Linux computer.

Only read a couple of chapters so can’t give any opinion yet. However, sci-fi horror is probably my fav genre so I think I’ll enjoy it.

I think Veilguard was doomed before it was even released, mainly for two reasons:

-Most people wanted a new successor to DAO
-BioWare is a studio that many people love to criticize and seem to want to see fail.

Personally, I really love Veilguard’s art style and I think it’s a great adventure RPG.
Prey. Fantastiskt bra spel

From and Capcom are two companies those games I’ve played a lot throughout the years. Back in the days, Capcom with Mega Man, Bionic Commando and other awesome NES games were top notch.

Later, From literary created a new genre with Soulsborne.

Lots of talk about veggie burgers this week, but I think a lot of people missed that lab-grown meat would be hit by the same EU restrictions. Bad news for a pretty fragile sector.
Lab-grown meat does not a burger make, EU lawmakers insist
A burger by any other name.
