AI has tanked my audio production business, exchange rates and the cost of living crisis have tanked my English tutoring and, as someone with health conditions that needs to social distance, the remote jobs have all dried up with RTO.

Pretty desperate for work if anyone knows of anything!

My Swedish ancestors did the same when they came to the US. I feel such a loss of their heritage and culture because of their desire to Americanize.

There’ll be more… my timing sucks this week. We’re in the zone on NY which is famous for apple production. I’m also picky…I could have had cider, just not the good stuff.

The only reason I wasn’t using regular apple cider is that they don’t have the really good local one I favor… soon enough. Cider and bourbs or rum with lots of lemon.

Nailed it. Cornichons & a few types of capers always, Marcona almonds & pistachios, a few other preserved or pickled things. Honey, green tomato jam, some kind of peppers, etc.
