Honestly I don't yet feel like I've had much benefit out of this course and we're halfway through it now. Probably the most help I've had is with CVs. I find a fair bit of the content interesting but I don't feel like I'm absorbing anything.

Not to mention how rushed some of the stuff feels now because we managed to fall behind on account of the tutor giving the slower folk too much additional time to get stuff done.

Not to mention I'm struggling with a lot of the concepts and labelling we have to adhere to for some of the tasks.

Seems a few people have opted to go AWOL on the course.

It also seems the roleplays are universally disliked. I can see that they might be helpful to some people, but I find them completely useless (and often stupidly vague). I just can't work with them at all.

Eventually got given an email address for someone who replied saying they left me a voice mail. I literally keep my phone next to me at all times, no call, no voice mail so not sure what the heck they're doing. Least I have a new number to call when I find the time

Rang the NHS switch board which took a few attempts, the automated system tried putting me through to the wrong department. Got put through to the wrong department buy a person, got given another person's number after been told they're having issues with their phone lines.

Have had to spend a lot of time on the phone today (so far about an hour) couldn't get through on a number I was given as it kept cutting me off without an answer
