A Week in the Life of Asocial Giraffe - No release info

Def tried it because of the name. It's a simplistic point and click puzzler and very cute.
1st thing I did was click around and I noticed that the giraffe's head FOLLOWS YOUR CLICKS! You can pet a dog. I love making the wrong choice.

Take note of all these people turning out for protests in small towns in red states.

Remember them the next time you’re inclined to write an area off because “they voted for this.”

Getting my updated seasonal Flu & Covid shots have been a yearly thing for me now. I haven't had even the flu, never had Covid. The whole point is prevention. 🤦

I wish I could customize my character (not sure if that'll be a thing in the full game or not) like in Dream Daddy.
But otherwise I got really into this demo and honestly, I can't wait for the full release. 6/6
- Daphne gave off bougie valley mean girl vibes so I played the demo a second time to get a better feel for her. While she is very flirtatious with everyone, she also reminds me of Cher from Clueless, which was a relief. Reminds me almost of Haley from Stardew's personality. 5/6
- Senny seems really helpful, maybe to a fault. I picked them as the one I met in the grocery store visit towards the end of the demo and really loved their reasoning behind the salsa they were picking. They are the "mama bear" friend in the group. 4/6
Each teammate is unique. Here are my initial thoughts:
- Grace is uptight as hell, but well-meaning. She works too hard (prob cuz of her family).
- Kae is pretty cool and the typical "grumpy character with a secret soft side"
- Toya is adorable and uWu, seems like a ppl pleaser tho.
3/6
I like the premise of improving your character as well as relationships with others.
I don't know if it's a dating game per se cuz at least one of your teammates is married, but as their pronouns are they/them, I wouldn't put it past the game to include a poly storyline. 2/6
Another demo I tried out was for the visual novel High Elo Girls, planned release Q1 2026.
The concept is pretty cool. You join an esports team and move into their team house to began your journey to become a starter. 1/6
I also don't usually review Steam games (which I've been wanting to remedy), but I will this one cuz it has so few reviews. 5/5
I was sucked in so much that I immediately bought it and am downloading it right now to play it right away. If it's as compelling as the demo, I know I'm gonna love it and recommend it. 4/5
It said it used open-source characters and the dev has other games with them but I do not know if they are all related. I did see the character Sally named 4 other games, 2 mentioning Lily, but the bundle says that the stories are independent of each other so they don't have any real order. 3/5
Story grabbed me right away and it has a cute little LGBTQ story where one girl has a crush on the other. There is a weird compression thing the house background does in when you move up and down and it has to scroll, but the story makes up for any bugs. You are thrown RIGHT into the deep end. 2/5
First demo I want to talk about is for an RPG Maker horror game called Blood Lily Loop. It's currently available on Steam.

I'm not too big on playing horror games, but this one talked about Cthulhu Mythos in the description and I love RPG Maker games so I was immediately drawn in. 1/5
I said I would play some demos and write down my first impressions. I've played 2 of the numerous demos I have downloaded already. One was sort of mid-tier and the other has me hooked already.
I don't want to be negative about someone's game, but constructive criticism can be helpful right? DX
One habit I picked up from my mom that I don't hate is the ability to make small talk with random people. Just talked cars with an old man at the garage where I get my inspection sticker done. He had the cutest little Corvette.
Did I download / add to library a ton of demos yesterday even though I have a bunch I haven't played yet?
Yup. XD

Maybe I should try them out and write down my first impressions.

Attempting to do the Peryite quest in Oblivion Remastered and every time I day I'm prepared to travel to Oblivion, it crashes.
I'm wondering if it's because I have 3 essential NPCs following me. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Just have to try again later.
I've been playing Astrologaster all day.
Emma Sharpe may be my absolutely favorite. XD
