The dentist or orthadontist need to present the case and code it properly. The wisdom teeth surgery/extraction was necessary because it was causing bite issues and further wearing down teeth and causing jaw misalignment. Insurance ping-pong is normal, but it has to be presented correctly.

Hugs - I'm so sorry. Please don't beat yourself up - it isn't just you. Homes doubled and tripled in cost nearly overnight. I can say that this state is un-affordable in most places. You may need to move out of state. I've been considering it myself.
