...once that mystery wears off, youre kinda left longing for it again. This was really evident with Pikmin 1s hostility and 3s umibozu discussions. For Steven Universe this was the "sardonyx" era where the diamonds were this omnipotent authority on a planet we knew zero abt. Mystery sparks interest.
