We tried to tell them that when he talked about abolishing the Department of Education their SPED services would be affected. They didn’t want to listen. What’s really the saddest part of this is their children, who had zero say in any of this, will pay the biggest price.

I like how these people just think we’ll make stuff ourselves versus importing it. Do we have factories built and ready to go? Most likely not since they will probably have to be specialized to make certain products and building new factories right now is not cost effective because of the tariffs.

We need the Dems to make their presence seen and felt in Tn so we can get her elected. Marsha has already started trying to sway the vote on this and Dems need to push back hard.

Yes, Cam made mistakes but he is a rookie. I think the bigger problem is the o-line that can’t seem to keep their quarterback from getting sacked multiple times in a game. Kind of hard to develop a quarterback when he spends a fair amount of time taking hits.

I’ll be curious to see how the Olympics turn out. If things continue the way they are now, I would have to imagine other countries will boycott and that we will not get the tourism boom that usually comes with hosting the Olympics.

Honestly, I’m bothered even more by the fact that the military is complying. He may be Commander in Chief but they took an oath to defend the Constitution and the people over and above everything and everyone else. I wonder how they will feel when they have to go after their own friends and family?

Democrats should show up to the House chamber every day and sit and wait for the R’s to show up. Then send out a daily photo of them sitting and waiting for R’s to show up and end this shutdown. Make sure you push it out across all platforms. Make the message loud and clear about who is the problem.

I realized this in 2019 when people in my church fully exposed their racism. MAGA has created a space where they now feel safe to reveal who they really are. They are the reason I walked away from a community that meant everything to me and will not return until the cancer has been removed.
