I really think you shouldn't earn any points unless it's somehow tied to Russia. If the criminals were Russian, or Russia ordered the crime to embarrass France or similar. Then you deserve your points. Just throwing "Napoleon" out there and then collecting points for that isn't fair :(.

2 of 2: I have noticed that said Russian trolls absolutely lose it when you refer to Russia as "the Russia". So for example, "the Eastern-most part of Eastern Europe consists of Belarus, Ukraine and the Russia". Or alternatively "the Russia is constituted by 89 sub-regions".

1 of 2: Russian trolls often refer to Ukraine as "the Ukraine". The reason for the article is that it was what Ukraine (and for that matter Russia) was called when it was part of the Soviet Union. That article implies that Ukraine would not be an independent entity and an internal matter to Russia.

No, I don't think I've ever seen a troll like that. They usually just say that Russia is invisible, Russia has come up with a new Wunderwaffe, Western weapons suck or are "paper tigers" whatever, or Ukraine is about to collapse. I don't think I've ever run into trolls who want to change the subject.

I still can't wait for it to run out of money. There's definitely less than one year's worth of assets left. Hopefully Russia decides that it's important to save every possible collapsing industry.

When I lived in the US I had a, well, let's call him "neighbor of a neighbor" who wanted to do meat pigs but then didn't have the heart to kill them. A few years down the road he had several 1,000+ lb hogs that no-one but him wanted to approach, and the meat was probably bad (gamy) as well.

I'm reading this as it's written. In other words, Medvedev landed his enemies in North Korea. If I was in the crowd of Medvedev's enemies, I would also feel tense being flown to North Korea. Actually, I would feel tense to be in North Korea, even if I was Kim Jong Un, or anyone else for that matter.

It's been a few years since I was last in the US, but can't you just feed him raw ground beef (unless too expensive) and he should be happy? I still haven't met a dog who wouldn't do great on a diet like that. I tried it on my own dog some 20 years ago and will do that again when I get another dog.

I don't even know what these thermometer looking things are, but I'm sure someone somewhere will decide to show them up their (or someone else's) butt. But you're right, they look incorrectly shorted or colored, and it makes my head hurt to look at them for long (and my butt to look at them longer).

This reminds me of the Georgian war in 2008 when the Russian airmen complained that they wish the Russian air defense would stop shooting, because they shot down more of their own planes than objects from Georgia.

Well, to be fair, that explains why Russia is losing so badly. It's pretty insane to just initially send 400k soldiers against a nation the size of India + China. This statement may actually be pretty factual, because China is over counting its population by A LOT.

I still remember on the 4th grade when my teacher asked me to name the neighboring countries of Poland and I looked at his big-ass map and confidently stated "East Germany, Czechoslovakia, and the Soviet Union", all of which were wrong answers. Needless to say, I was pretty much hopeless in school.

I'm surprised no-one has pointed it out yet, but there's no way this can include tax debt, or can it?!? Because if it did, what a business would do is to get a bunch of tax debt and then close shop after 6 months, then restart the business under a new name etc. Taxes are non-essential for biz ops.

I do wonder how much money the Russian government got from them all to run their operations. The unfortunate thing is that it could have been a lot, especially if they were able to take accounts belonging to foreigners.

When I was a kid my grandfather (I grew up in Europe for anyone wondering) would take overtly friendly cats & drown them. It turns out that was actually a legal thing to do back then. Nowadays it properly wouldn't fly. This experience made me wary of cats, and also somewhat traumatized to be honest.
