Look at their concentration as they practise their running stitch in Year 2. Some of us were lucky to be able to practise the overstitch too! Last years sewing certainly gave them a headstart, well done Year 2!

This morning after praying a decade of the rosary together, Year 6 children heard Reception read for the first time. They enjoyed asking lots of questions and finding out what Reception could say about the picture books. The children are looking forward to their visits every Monday and Wednesday.

Thank you Mrs Long for making our new rosary beads bags.

Over the last few days, Mrs Long has been busy with her sewing machine at home. She’s made little bags to help us look after our rosary beads. The children loved them.
