I did get my package from Publang. I just am working on tidying my room up. My room goes through cycles of messiness to tidiness based on how bad my pain is, how exhausted I am from work, and on my mental health 🫠 I'm trying not to feel embarrassed about it since I know I'm not the only one.

I was finally able to fill up on some coins/gems. So, I will work on some of my TBR on Manta once I finish catching up with the manhwa on Lezhin I am actively reading right now. I am still working on my physical books too.

I've been neglecting a bunch of manhwa on Lezhin because I've been low on coins and trying to play games to earn them back. I'm working on slowly catching up with them. It's going to take forever. I haven't gotten caught up with other platforms either. I read too much. It's my own fault.

This whole thing just makes me so sad and angry and frustrated. It's definitely something that can happen in real life. it can lead to people breaking up because they end up hurting each other deeply.

Jiwon is not lying for himself. He's lying for Jungwoo, who didn't tell him that it's okay for him to do that. Jiwon is so scared that he is making up lies for Jungwoo, without his consent, and now the onus is on Jungwoo to either maintain them or refute them. That's not fair AT ALL!!

Being in the closet is not a personal moral failing. It's necessity in a world where being yourself can be met with violence and death. Being in a relationship with someone in the closet, while being out of it, can and often does lead to having partially (at least) go back into the closet.

Jungwoo wants to be open about who he is and who he loves. While Jiwon is still petrified of possible backlash, bigotry, etc. He is, essentially, in the closet. It's going to happen regardless. That is inevitable. This difference can and often does cause a strain in queer relationships.

I understand WHY Jiwon is doing what he is doing, but that doesn't mean I agree with it. His lies are always like a reflex. He never discusses anything with Jungwoo beforehand. In this scenario they were not prepared for questions, but that should've been a discussion. Unfortunately, it has to be.

I am so fucking upset right now! Jiwon just keeps lying 😭💔 Jungwoo literally came out to his friends and now Jiwon 1) said Jungwoo didn't have a crush on him and 2) is dating a girl. Does he understand that his lies are most likely hurting Jungwoo?! They're hurting me!

Not every story needs a morality lesson or a redemption arc. Toxic characters can stay toxic. They don't "learn a lesson". Relationships don't need to healthy. Fiction is a space where we can engage with heavy and taboo subjects without causing real world harm.

If this is true, which it very well might be (ugh!), there should have been an announcement on their social media and directly to the VIP members. VIP members should have been notified directly FIRST! Not with everyone else. Having the only message being tucked away is not a good move.

I've been following some of what has been going around about Lezhin. 4000 coins being reduced to less than half of that for more?! I'd be absolutely livid too if I was going to lose much. One of the worst parts, to me, is that it was announced in a way that people might miss it. WTAF!

I relate way too much with Jiwon. Like, I get secondhand embarrassment from him probably because I feel personally attacked sometimes. His need to constantly downplay everything Jungwoo does is something I absolutely would do to avoid making assumptions and getting hurt. Too close to home.

I love Jungwoo so much! He's so attentive and caring! He notices the little things about Jiwon like the way his eyes crinkle when he laughed. I don't know why, but I find it so cute when he has a poker face, but his hands are flushed red. He he 🥰

Oh cool, I didn't know that~! I feel like I'm really behind on a lot of things. I have found some bubble wrap is pretty tough to pop. That's great that your mom can find some enjoyment from popping the bubble wrap, even with her arthritis. I guess I don't need to feel as silly for when I do it 😊
